That is exactly what censorship is, you don't like how they're acting or what they're saying so you censor them by kicking them out.

In that case do you also believe that those responsible for propagating news which sparked riots and looting across the country earlier in the year should also be prosecuted? It seems like both sides have incited violence this year yet fro

I will add to that, I believe that in order for a democracy to properly function we need free speech, truly free speech that is. Democracy is not designed to allow the morally righteous side to win power, it is designed to allow the popula

Russian hostility only really began in 2008, prior to that Russia really tried to have good relations with the U.S. They even wanted to join NATO and offered to help in Iraq. It's the U.S. that soured the relations, not Russia. EDIT:

Unfortunately the U.S. has done a really good job at convincing it’s citizens that there is freedom of the press in their country even though time and time again we’ve seen the mass media in the U.S. severely comprised by corporate interest

I think the biggest tragedy of prestige is that many of us use it to automatically assign certain attributes to a person, e.g. if someone is rich then they must be smart or if they have a university degree then they must be intelligent and

I live in Poland and in general I would say this is true. I've also noticed that salaries are rising at a very fast rate here for engineers since foreign companies have began setting up shop.

I’m a contractor working in Poland right now. I work through a vendor that finds contracts for me at different companies. I recently found out that all the major vendors in Poland have non-compete agreements with each other, meaning they&#

I don’t think you should be looking at studies when it comes to how you eat, you should be focusing on how you feel, observing your own body and possibly talking to a doctor. I had a really big problem with acid reflux a while back after I

Yeah, I didn't have my throat sedated, that might have helped. I was able to go on with my day shortly after the procedure as well but the 5-10 minutes it lasted wasn't the most pleasant for sure.

Awesome, thanks for the explanation, that makes me feel better about going to the dentist.

by JacKTrocinskI 6y ago
Does this include the anesthesia given to us at the dentist? The one they give you in a shot to numb the tooth. I couldn't live without that.

I once had an endoscopy without any sedatives or anesthesia and that really sucked. The doc stuck a large tube down my throat and had me gagging for what felt like an eternity. After the procedure I needed a few minutes to wipe the tears
