If this were true then there would never be a legal need for clean-room implementation or design.

Shape doesn't matter what the shape is if it's softer than the other material, you can't scratch glass with chalk no matter the shape of it.

> Snow and ice are quite abrasive stuff Per wiki ice has mohs hardness of 2 to 4 depending on temperature and if it has fallen out of the sky I guess it shouldn't be mixed with sand or other abrasives. How is it abrasive then?

> it's just a notational convention I'd argue it's a bit more, it's a natural way to extend domain of exponentiation, as we do before this with naturals -> integers -> reals.

I guess I got a little confused, because a different form with some de-morganing and contraposed implications feels more natural to me in plain-language proofs.

In the step of √2 = a/b you can get away without asking for relatively prime, using GCD or this descent by asking for least a for which this holds. Then when you get a/b = 2c/2d = c/d, but c would be less than a, hence c

But wouldn't xenon (as a noble gas) be pretty hard to ionize? Without a charge it shouldn't interact the way ions do.

Wouldn't it be the same as breathing any other nonreactive gas? Isn't this just symptoms of hypoxia?

Recently we had issues with RH 9 not having header packages for openssl 1.1 (which means e.g. you can't have erlang < 25). There's a potential for breakage for anything that is 3+ years old.

EU's single biggest win is free and open Single Market and it will fight to keep it so. It doesn't matter where companies come from – if you look at e.g. GDPR enforcement tracker you'll see they're as eager to keep inter

Pianos are tuned differently, they use stretch tuning and will be pretty out of tune with other instruments at both lowest and highest notes ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piano_tuning#/media/File:Rails... )

While I agree with most points: steel degrades quickly. Iron-age swords found are in a bad shape already (bronze age swords preserve better!). Stainless is better, but not that better.

I'm not sure how concrete fares with time, but we're making a lot of it. If buried asphalt roads might present a decent head-scratcher. And if not weathered rock carvings should be noticable for a long time.

We've got stone tools from 2-3 millions years ago. Arrowheads just weren't made back then, only much more primitive oldowan choppers and then acheulean handaxes.

Not RH being true, but that the proof itself would require discovering and proving something of high interest as an intermediate step.

Current fastest supercomputer has a little over 1 exaflop and consumes over 20MW. 20 exaflops at 500kW is a lot less power, but it'd probably still generate a substantial amount of heat.

There was a peace deal before (Minsk agreement). Agreements with Russia are not worth the paper they're signed on. Any peace deal Putin is willing to sign is just to consolidate his gains and get more time to prepare for another attack

If you establish mapping first you could probably use 4 or 8 byte integers as ids instead of using custom encodings to gain 30 vs 19 bytes. With 8 bytes you could even use a hash.
