I think that the root cause of all the issues (hardware + software) are that since Steve's death the "less is more" has been replaced by "more, more, more". The first requires a lot of efforts and leadership. The se

When clicking on the facebook links in the comment section, several profiles look like fake ones. Do you know if Buzzfeed use this strategy to fake activity in the comment section? Or is it a pro/anti-trump fight strategy?

I am in Switzerland and I keep seeing suggestions for "Anti trump" groups (None of my friends are part of them). Why?

Yes. The custom key is a must have for my situation (legal requirements).

I had Mozy and noticed by chance that it had silently stopped backuping. I needed to reupload everything. I was surprised to see how long an inital backup can be when you have a lot of data (they are capping on their side). This was a gentl

I wanted clothing. I had hoped to buy "special series" made in the USA and only sold in the USA. (Converse, Harley, NYC police from their museum, etc). I love Japan for that strategy: usually they have a special serie made in Japa

Low DPI, certainly Dell's traditional low quality anti-glare filter (3h). When will they wake up and build monitors for people who work with letters and numbers (vs video or image) and favor quality over price? For a few years I think

I think the most important factor has been missed: planned luck. All the countries (in Europe) who are having success today are the ones who had a crisis (each for a different reason) in the '90s and made structural reforms. During the

We have been scanning laptops separately for years... I am surprised that the scanners have not a common database of laptop scans to detect all the differences. So all the original laptops (no part modified) would get a clearance.

As a Swiss, we are used to these moves (due the Swiss Franc). Often, companies are taking these external events to increase their prices (or fire people). Oddly when it is at the customer advantage, the prices never follow the curve down...

Isn't Apple simply launching a half backed MBP to better contrast when the new Intel CPU are available? (looks like the same strategy with the iphone 7, but for different reason)
