Many companies setup branches and sent IP to China in exchange for access to those billion consumers. Fewer consumers means a company might target India, etc. instead of China first.

I don't understand the bicycle density numbers in the article. At high speeds, bicycles also have to spread out. Add the bike trailers mentioned, and it seems even more unlikely.

Passkeys are a private key stored on your device with the public key registered with the server. Servers should allow multiple passkeys per user (so you can register multiple devices), but many don't.

I think there are ramifications to making the argument that learning is stealing. I don't want my children to pay a license fee to their school or their textbook publishers for what they learn in school.
