I have no exp in this area but wouldnt we loose a lot of performance by having two shims. Application -> OpenGL -> Zinc -> Vulkan -> MoltenVK -> Metal -> Hardware

Zoom runs on Oracle Cloud. I guess Red Hat's managed stuff now runs on IBM cloud but they bought their way into that.

It can work offline (on the frontend) so you can just wget & archive the latest working version and host it on your own domain. It wont gain more features but it is an alternative.

Directus. Its really well built and polished. It supports postgres, mysql, etc. If you're looking for something lighter, then use Pocketbase which uses SQLite.

It doesn't, thats just a mirror and even then everyone just uses the cloudflare or ipfs.io gateway instead of actually using IPFS. Dont get me wrong I like IPFS and would love to see increased usage but if a libgen mirror is the bigges

While Valve shouldn't have done this, Yuzu (and emulation) is completely legal. Nintendo cant do anything unless they want to go hard against emulation itself which brings us to the same are APIs copyrightable debate.
