Usually the only way to circumvent the technical phone screens at a company are if you're coming in through a strong referral. That's great if you already have a strong network, not so much if you either don't have personal

If you apply to Triplebyte you don't go through the full interview process at the companies we introduce you to. You skip the technical phone screens (most companies do 1 or 2 hour long phone screens before bringing candidates onsite)
