Mostly yes, and I prefer it that way, but it does get smashed into a single word sometimes. "co-design" I've mostly only seen hyphenated, though I don't see it often enough or in broad enough contexts to really claim an

I'm good without the animations, thanks. I disable them everywhere already. Small touch targets is true, but with how expansive UIs have gotten since Windows Mobile it's FAR less of an issue and I've used it just fine in the

That one is still twice the price and half the resolution, and I don't see anything about touch. I mostly agree though, Wacom is far from the cheap option.

It's basically a force-push, yeah. Which does happen, like with git, so you do kinda need a way to deal with it even if it's not automatic. Which it sounds like they have (planned), which seems like a good improvement.

$139 (early Kickstarter price) feels surprisingly low if it works like they claim - a wacom with a display is significantly more expensive, lower display resolution, less portable, and totally different ergonomics (for good or bad). Thou

The private repo mention in the comments there is kinda a good one, unfortunately. If someone runs a private gosum/goproxy (relatively common) and amends a tag (hopefully very uncommon but I have personally seen it happen at least t

Which is often not possible because clicking an ad generally closes the ad. And there's no incentive for users to report, by design IMO. They could have a separate ad-reporting UI in every ad-running app (so you can report stuff late

Yeah, I'm fond of this graph personally: https://mastodon.social/@grahamperrin@bsd.cafe/1158357533238... StackOverflow has been in a clear, strong decline for quite a while. LLMs just hammered in the final nail.

I'm fond of the ones with a fake close button, so tapping it just launches the ad's site. Instant uninstall and 1-star. (Yes, I know it's mostly the ad's fault, but there's no practical way to punish them directly.

Not really? You just need to define the stable ABI: you do that via `[repr(C)]` and other FFI stuff that has been around since essentially the beginning. Then it handles it just fine, for both the code using a runtime library and for writin

Both handle that just fine. Go does this via cgo, and has for over a decade. You do still need to write the interfacing code, but that's true for all languages.
