It unfortunately doesn't expose the serial ports externally, but it is possible to use an emulated serial mouse. It'd definitely be nice if someone would add in code to give access to the serial ports.

While I agree that hydrogen for electricity generation/storage doesn't really make sense, there are some industries that either can use or must use large amounts of hydrogen for chemical purposes. For example, the production of am

Clevo NL51MU, 32GB of RAM, 1TB nvme, 1TB SATA SSD, running Arch Linux. If I were to buy a laptop again, I'd probably pick something with a nicer screen, but overall I've been pretty satisfied.

TinyWM doesn't include an X server implementation, while TinyWL is a full wayland compositor (although most of the heavy lifting is done by wlroots)

It stopped after the change in ownership, but by then the damage was already done, and sourceforge lost a ton of popularity.

I recently upgraded from a laptop that also had Kepler + i7 Haswell iGPU, to a laptop with an 11th gen Intel iGPU, and the graphics performance of the new laptop is way better than the old one, even compared to running the proprietary NVidi

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31jDgwAuIv8 I found this video about fluorinated solvents (Novec™) rather illuminating about the potential dangers of PFAS and related compounds.

I wonder if another thing that's been holding larger amounts of RAM back is the lack of error correction. Maybe DDR5 will mitigate that problem, although it's still suboptimal that consumer-targetted CPUs don't support ECC.

The only thing I can think of is that screen diagonals are still measured in inches. Ignoring that, a lot of countries are definitely fully metric with regards to the basic length/weight/time measures

I'm guessing they're conflating memory safety with not having memory leaks. Of course, Rust doesn't prevent memory leaks either, although they might be less likely? I'm not sure how often Node.js codebases keep around me

At the very least, I would have used an AtomicBool rather than a static mut. See https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/53639 . As a bonus, AtomicBool doesn't require any unsafe code.

As a collolary, RAM that's not being used by programs still gets used by the OS as a filesystem cache, so it still contributes towards the system feeling snappier.

Your brother definitely did the right thing, given that "MMS" is actually chlorine dioxide, which is an industrial bleach. Drinking it can seriously damage the digestive system.

Yeah, I did try it out for a while, a year ago or so. Ended up sticking with sway due to personal preferences, but in general the KDE Wayland session acted the way I expected, and I didn't run into any bugs.

From what I've seen, it seems to work really well nowadays. AFAIK the Steam Deck even uses the Wayland KDE session for its desktop mode.
