Sour beers exist, but yeast is definitely still the microorganism responsible for the alcohol content. I'm guessing the article itself wasn't written by the researchers, though.

Not quite 100% compatibility, since some games intentionally detect if they're running in a VM, and refuse to launch, for anti-cheat purposes.

Seems like your Rust version is a bit out of date. Nested or-patterns have been stabilised in Rust 1.53.0, which came out back in June.

1-Propanol acts like ethanol, but stronger, so you'll be fine if you don't ingest too much. 2-Propanol on the other hand (isopropyl alcohol) gets metabolised into acetone, which isn't great. And the only difference between th

The first Matrix originally only used practical effects for the green tint (including physically green-washing all clothes).

What about temperatures up to 49 degrees Celsius, like the heatwave in India back in 2019? If the air is moist, it can become literally impossible for even healthy humans to survive without some external way of cooling off.

Why would that happen only to the antimatter and not to matter?

In the first movie, they tried to achieve it practically, by giving all of the clothing and props a green tinge. Certainly not as effective as doing it in post-processing, though.

You could also do `strace --trace=open some_app` or `strace --trace=%file some_app` to have the strace do the filtering by itself (the latter will match any syscall that takes a filename)

You might not even need the Windows install at all for gaming. With all the work Valve has been putting into Proton, even games with funky anti-cheat should work on any Linux distro by the time the Steam Deck comes out.

Pianos are more complicated, because they also use stretched octaves that aren't just a simple 2:1 ratio, due to inharmonicity of the thick bass strings. There are only a few exceptions, where instead of thicker strings the piano was m
