They are collected — this is probably good, it means that at least it doesn't end up in the (local) environment — and a part of that is certainly reused, but have a look at the reporting digging into the actual numbers from the past fe

Glass and aluminium are recycled. This works quite well. Plastic (and clothing) on the other hand, is now mostly just collected and afterwards discarded (burned, shipped overseas to dumping grounds, etc.). Plastic recycling factories are go

The linked photo actually shows a really bad example. For the 'exit construction' to be valid, the footway must continue uninterrupted with the same surface . In this example, different pavers where used, making the situation amb

This handbook is thorough, but not of much use to any novice just looking to do some nickel plating. It's not hard to do though, and certainly something you can do at home. I've done this for a set of custom steel brackets I neede

Oddly enough, some actually do hold out, like my local Lidl. No idea why, but as I never use them anyway, it doesn't impact me (in fact, having them impacts me, because it invariably means slower regular service). Of course, there are

I'm sure this could be an interesting article, but you keep kicking sand in to your reader's face. Instead of 'Hugging Face' (the company I guess?) you write 'hugging face', all of the URLs you post are neither

Where have you heard about these people whose names are in no legal papers? Is the source credible? Is there any proof?

Yeah, that doesn't work in a lot of countries. I can be assertive all I want, but if I pull my child out of school without permission, I risk getting a call from the local child protection services and/or getting fined.

Parent (heh) means they have no choice but to plan their holidays during the days off in the school roster. Tools like these are pretty much pointless if you can take a day off from work, but your kid is required to show up in school.

As soon as you have kids in the age range where school is mandatory you are pretty much confined to the school holiday roster for big trips. This means you pretty much have to get your planning going soon, if you want trips that are both in

Except for Factorio of course. 8,000 hours there means you've just about got the hang of it and are ready to finally get your factory set up right. (Quip aside, you're absolutely right.)

The Mayor of Michel Delving flat out refused to help the tobacco growers of Longbottom, letting the rabbits have their way. The Dark Lord will surely treat them better! Or at least kind of ignore them. Or, well, he does seem supportive of

Sure, The Dark Lord is evil, but did you notice how the Mayor of Michel Delving failed to do anything about that rabbit plague that decimated the Longbottom tobacco harvest two years ago?

Modern stuff? Possibly. Most of the hobs still in use today? Nope. Turn knob, get gas. Mine has a separate button for the piezo ignition. There don't seem to be particularly many accidents with these either.

Absolutely. Compared to gas knobs which when turned on without igniting the flame will just flood your home with an inflammable gas. Still, I have one of those now, and beyond the usual “did I turn the gas off?” frittering on holiday, this

I wouldn't want knobs on the top either, so I'm looking at whole stoves (i.e., a single unit with an oven under the hob) where the knobs are in the same place as the common gas stove models: in the front above the oven door, next
