Years back I was a consultant and was interviewed for a telecom assignment. The meeting was nice and later he called me just to clear some things up. He kept talking about Erlang and then asking me about my experience level with Erlang and

I surf using Chrome for the latest and most secure Flash. I like being up to date and secure. On YouTube Flash crashes in about 50% of trying to load the videos. Really annoying. And even more annoying is that if I disable Flash altogether

I find that with a good IDE I can regard every name as a temporary name till I feel I clearly know what the best name would be. A bit like a sketcher could draw a few lines and see where that leads.

As long as your CPU is 64-bit it seems one can use "hackintosh" techniques to run ML anyway.

Early 2008 MBP is ok for ML. I guess I was a bit lucky there since I got 64-bit EFI in it.

Also, if you like to speak and write about how things work, I'm sure you have loads of opportunities to do that inside Apple. It's just unprofessional to babble around about new tech like it's a cookie recipe.

Speaking of Clojure, I've recently started to learn it since I like Richs reasoning about state, time, value and so on. His speeches are nothing short of fantastic in my opinion. Anyway, it occurred to me that with Clojure it could easily h

As some say, the best way to sit is to sit like a child, not still. :) I recently bought a electric adjustable desk from IKEA. (Link to swedish IKEA: http://www.ikea.com/se/sv/catalog/products/S69806883/ ). I can really recommend it even

I'm on a Mac mostly and use Chrome(because of speed and security) and really miss that Reader functionality. I used to have the Readability plugin, but I suppose that will not work much longer. Any idea of what to replace it with?

It's not that easy, you have to think of things like: - If I debug this code, will there be meaningful intermediate values? (One clever line of code might lack those) - Can a less experiences developer understand what this does?
