Wow. Well, I believe that YOU are a bot, not me. Are you Grok? Anyway, yes, I am a human. And it is not that hard to find the sources for this point: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Starlink_and_Starshiel... v1 c

Just had a quick look - while they have that self-hosting option, they still assume you will use a cloud LLM. I started digging because I got confused of them not mentioning any GPU when it comes to resource requirements. There is some docu

Copyright and patents are very different beasts. For example there a lot of ways to use the so-called priority of the US patent to file other patents, including elsewhere in the world. US Americans sadly often forget that the majority of th

A US Patent can not be ever open-sourced. In legal and logical terms, those are on the pretty much opposite sides of the spectrum. The closest that comes to mind is "Free Nestlé bottled water".

Had a quick look at the patent, had a quick look at the code. To me it appears that 99,999% of all involved research has been taken from prior research from tons of scientists. You might have good intentions, but in my value system if you i

In Germany (and a lot of the world, really) town centers are very old and streets are narrow and are shared. Over here it is also totally legal to cross the road wherever you like. Also, due to the narrow roads it's standard practice t

I think it is just not possible to have mixed traffic of devices (humans) with a weight of 70kg and SUVs of 3 metric tons. You have to seperate those. And the default in car nations like Germany or the US has always been to ban the humans.

My Tesla still detects about 90% of garbage bins on our street, but only about 60% of the school kids crossing the road (I live in Germany where kids walk to school). The rest it would kill. As I pass by that school daily on my way to work,

I would think so. The demand is there, the factories are there, the supply chains are there. So if the European car makers now gain traction in the EV market, it would make sense to just re-cycle existing resources.
