I tend to generally agree with complaints in this vein, but the language of the article, together with a seemingly intentionally old photo of Mark where he's looking extremely young, really rubbed me the wrong way and felt like a smear

I think many could have written this, including me. Blender taught me much of what I know about 3D graphics, modeling, rendering, simulation, animation, and more, all from exploring it as a curious teen. Made the 3D graphics class I took at

How is it "mostly false"? I can't access the new google.com/ai (as a most recent example). Localization is not the issue, the EU is clearly singled out due to regulation.

I have no problem with async in JS or Rust, but async in Python is a very different beast, and like many people in this thread I do my best to avoid the fully loaded footgun altogether. Writing maintainable Python basically requires avoidin

I still sometimes have to refer to OpenHands as "formerly known as OpenDevin". It may be limiting in the long run, but it definitely had some short-term punchiness.

Thank you! I recently got bitten by this limitation and will make use of get_parameter_source. I gave you credit/mentioned in the issue to restore our use of `multiple=True` behavior: https://github.com/gptme/gptme

Not with multiple=True, since it then always returns an empty list and never None, even if the default is None.

I've been building ActivityWatch as an open source local-first cross-platform time-tracker that does this too (also with an API). We even built an app "Thankful" which let's users donate to creators they frequent way bac

99% of browser users shouldn't file bug reports. I'd rather wait for a high-quality report than drown in low-quality reports.

I've been back and forth whether notebooks are really "best practice". Currently leaning towards no, as they are hard to test, compose, and version control (it is possible, but you need bespoke notebook-specific tools, and mo

I've been building the same thing since 2023. It works really well, and was most recently pretty much cloned by Claude Code: https://github.com/ErikBjare/gptme
