I honestly do not believe hardly any of the studies about adderall. I am an adhd patient and playing tennis on amphetamines once spiked my heart rate above 200. Not good. Also vasoconstrictors + valsalva technique for lifting heavy weights

No im saying before ever doing any excercise of any kind I had shoulder problems. They resolved within like 2 months of doing a calisthenics routine. Reading your comments you seem to have a really immature attitude about excercise and you

Lsd did it for me. Psilocybin was not spiritual at all. For me the "spiritual exlerience" was just a profound sense of gratefulness. And then the idea that god and objective truth are one and the same. Whatever that means

Idk whats the point of eating a protein bar as an occassional treat? They taste like shit but have high protein. If youre gonna have an occasional treat, have an actual treat. A cookie or snickers or something

I tried to read this and immediately eye rolled at the gratuitous sexual violence that starts on like page 5. Trashy book, imo. And reads like it was written by a middle schooler. Maybe if you slog through the bad prose and edgy sex scenes
