The 19 / 21 inch is not the outside diameter of the tires, it's the inside diameter. Outside diameter would be about the same and would not make much of a difference.

Like any DRM this is easily defeated. I could run the app in a virtual machine and take the screenshot from the hypervisor or host machine instead. Or I can capture the network traffic. Or I can take a photo of my phone. And so on and so on

I don't know what the hell you were doing then because I've never had any good interactions with Paypal. Ever. Last time I tried disputing a charge when the seller disappeared on me (and several other buyers) I couldn't even get a response

Public key crypto schemes (RSA, elliptic curve etc.) are vulnerable to some variation of Shor's algorithm. We'll have to move to quantum crypto when this happens. Hell for all I know D-Wave's machines can already break RSA for the DHS. htt
