Here is the thing. You may be seeing more people seeking help because they are repeating the same questions again. Where as before they found the thread with the answer. To me this is the biggest drawback for discord over forums.

I work for a web dev firm in the infrastructure team. They are trying to apply scrum and agile to us. It is not working. I've been told ot to work on anything without a ticket. Outages have gone up. It's a disaster.

I personally don't have a problem with the current 30 minute charge. If you drive you should stop for 20 to 30 minutes every couple of hours. What we need is sufficient infrastructure for ev charging.
