How's that an argument? If they are stuck with Thunderbird 68 is because they don't want to update it. Same thing can happen with snap. If they don't work on it, you won't have the latest version.

Spain does this and they know the results the same night. I don't understand how the US manages the election like a 3rd world country.

I've been using it for a decade, at home and at work. The only problem I had with it is that sometimes it keeps asking for the hotmail password.

Thunderbird is not the kind of app that should be snapped. We needed tools like snap for software that could be troublesome due incompatibilities with the system libraries or software by third parties who can't make sure their packages

Yeah, the US is huge, but technologically we could say they are the most advanced country in the world. All the big boys are there. I would expect a lot more from them. And in some places, even big cities, people don't even have a choi

What blows my mind is how a lot of parts in highly developed countries like the US or Germany don't have access to a broadband internet connection. We had a lot of investment from the EU to install optical fibre everywhere, even in sma

I see the Plasma team decided to keep the old ugly designs. Look at that Trinity Control Center window. More than a decade after and everything still feels the same.

When you look at the studies about nutrition you find a lot of contradictory conclusions except when it's about sugar. Saturated fats may be bad, yes, but sugar is undoubtedly bad. When I'm asked about nutrition tips removing suga

Yes and no. The massive use of the internet makes communities very different now than they were 15-20 years ago. I don't see the same level of fascination with Discord that we had back in the day with IRC. Maybe because we're used

Well, doctors are very well versed in these matters. Maybe not in long fasting but they can tell if something is going wrong with you. I felt I had the obligation to post it. Anyway, I wouldn't do anything extreme by the sake of doing

While fasting can be very beneficial, be careful if you're going to do it for long periods. A few days is ok but I wouldn't recommend anyone fasting longer without supervision. David Blaine almost dies after 44 days of fasting. No

I don't think so. Orcas had many chances to kill and eat humans but they never did it. They don't see us as food. Probably their intelligence makes us interesting to them. And they don't have problems getting food from any so

Sanctions against leaders don't work if they don't have their assets in the west. Chinese officials wouldn't give a fuck about it. And besides that, we're in an economic against them. Actually, they are in an economic wa

I don't choose China. I'll speak up against anything that I think is wrong. China treatment to the Uighurs is one of them. You won't see me saying "black lives don't matter" only to earn some money.

Romania is an outlier when it comes to internet speed. But I know people from rich countries like UK, US, Germany with download speeds under 5 mbps paying more than you would pay for the most expensive line on Romania.
