They definately think. The thinking process is just line their pockets with as much as possible before they lose their position to someone else. Once you understand that everything is rational. If not desirable.

The administrations choices are fairly binary now. Inflate away the $40Trillion+ debt they can never pay back Or Hard default on the debt, and be the one holding the hot potato as the union breaks up. Fed is trying to thread the needle betw

Inflation is different. Rule 72 is nominal prices. Inflation accounts for a 2026 xbox being significantly more advanced technology than a PS1

Sounds about right. "Prices double every 10 years" is a fairly standard economics benchmark.

Its 2026, that distinction doesn't exist any more. Android and ios devices are orders of magnitudes more powerful now than desktops were when desktop was actually important as a category.

Different order of magnitude in my experience. Wayland mouse movement lag is/can be/could/was in the order of several hundred milliseconds. Its that that people notice, not 3 or 4ms difference in click response.

Your idea of debunking must be different than mine. Posting a link that says exactly what I said: "but you can easily appreciate that sea levels have been much higher than today for much of this period of the Earth's history"
