I suspect a noticeable part of the drop was a decrease in ocean freight rates. Down about 30% from peak, but still about 3 times higher than 2 years ago. I'd expect them to drop by another 30-50% over the next year, that should help a

My solution is to enclose the cheap polyester bag filter in a large plywood box and duct the air to a vent stack on the roof. Best air quality and no expensive cartridge filters to maintain. Not sure how practicable this is in very cold wea

According to those graphs, the employment to population ratio has been rising strongly for the last two quarters... which makes it even stranger IMO. BTW that first graph is a lovely illustration of how unemployment went up every time the
