It’s great if it’s replacing alcohol. It’s not so great if alcohol usage remains constant.

Much as I love to bash MS, in this instance the M3 MacBook was announced March 4, so it’s not last year’s product.

I think the 10 gallons is probably about right. People start the sink or shower going and then go do something else, wasting much more hot and cold water than necessary.

From what I’ve heard, his understanding is correct. It takes a few seconds from when the unit clicks on until the water gets hot. It’s a longer delay for electric than gas.

It doesn’t seem surprising that state officials with limited budgets would target areas with the lowest property values, because exercising eminent domain gets expensive real quick.

I agree with your point about outrage culture these days. But your language indicates you think it’s a political issue for the left (“woke,” “snowflake”). The fact is that both ends of the political spectrum get way too outraged over things

Yeah I greatly enjoy cold brew too. But it's too easy for people working these stands to just take any old coffee that's cold (or even just "not hot) and call it "cold brew." Far too often people just don't kno

Agreed about the iPad Air. The Pro is really a splurge upgrade over the Air. It's worth it for me personally, because I use it so much for photo editing, but I think for the vast majority of people who are smarter with their money the

I drink only cold brew normally, and I've noticed this as well. It's 50/50 whether you will get actually cold brew at any given coffee shop or just iced hot-brew coffee, which tastes different and has much less caffeine. Cold

The MacBook Air is better for sure, and if you only buy one, buy that one -- full stop. But I use both, every day, at the same time. They are designed to work together. With universal control, my iPad sits next to my screen at work, and I d

For me at least, it's an excellent trade off. I haven't had an iPad with a home button for years, and I can't imagine why I'd want to give up screen real estate or device size for a button. The swipe interface works perf
