I'm not terribly concerned with this particular seizure from the drug dealer the case is about, but glad it sets a precedent for other cases where police may try and abuse power to pick on citizens.

The "fuck bikers" depends a lot on what city you're in. In some places cars go out of their way to make room for cyclists. At times in Boulder I've thought that at times cars can be too polite towards cyclists.

I really don't see why not choosing to archive their data for privacy reasons is that big of a deal. I personally find it much better than having everything stay forever. I've always found the notion that everything must be shared
