Note that COBRA can be retroactive. If you're taking time off you don't have to start paying COBRA until you have a medical expense. If you avoid injury during your gap you don't have to pay.

If climate change were a bipartisan issue, I'd expect more diversity in the sorts of bumper stickers I see on trucks coal rolling. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_coal

Why doesn't this article skip down properly? I use the space bar to page down on longer articles. But on this one it scrolls one sentence too far. The scroll doesn't know about the top banner.... Surely I'm not some super rar

ZenHub looks really interesting - thank you for pointing it out. How good is ticket search? I have to be honest, JQL is the superpower that makes or breaks for me.

Interesting take. Personally, I like JIRA. I think it adds a ton of transparency in our org, and while I've used Trello for personal and home projects, I don't see how it's good enough for business. Trello doesn't even a

You're implying that he's helping the citizenry directly and not the state itself. I think that's a dubious claim when it's a conference hosted in Pyongyang.

How do you achieve this? I feel like every time I'm crossing the street windshield glare is so severe that I couldn't even be convinced the driver was in their seat.

To clarify: I think you're saying they don't know your name, but at least as important they don't know your actual contact details (phone, address, email). TBH, this a system that if it's opt-in only, I don't have m

My electric leaf blower is actually not very loud - I stopped bothering with ear protection even. The 2-stroke models the professional crews use are a bane.

I don't think OP indicated the carrier shared personal information - only that they provided a way to connect a 3rd party company to a customer. That transaction doesn't need to include any information beyond the defined demograph

Ask to borrow a stranger's phone to get in touch with someone. Watch their terror as you open their text or email app and get snippets of their private communications. I'm not sure about your plan, tbh.

Is office space really that cheap? That actually sounds like a LOT of space compared to a 2-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn that would cost quite a bit more....

That's actually a lot to ask of people with children or other dependents in their care. A quarterly 2-day off-site is far more digestible. Which I agree is still a great compromise in expense and f2f to an office.

The serendipity point is interesting. A few years ago I had my team's desks moved to be next to our sales team. I wanted to overhear their conversations and phone calls to get a deeper understanding of client feedback and how clients u
