I just wrote a comment where I detailed my recent experience. They honored their email quote, but tried to add on a $1500 BS package which I negotiated down to $150. So I supose they were off by $150 in my case.

I was strung along by a telco; told several times that the issue was fixed only to discover on the next bill it wasn't. On my third (and what ended up being my last call to them), I told them I had the FTC's online complaint form

Men who have to wait alone can also be harassed or the target of criminals. I wouldn't exclude anyone from needing protection against crimes.

For a while it blocked me from the News Feed because I didn't accept their new GDPR policy, but could still send Messages to other friends. After a while I discovered I could use the News Feed and never saw the GDPR page again. I hope

I bet the median is one per year though. Out of everyone I know who goes on cruises, they just go once a year. I imagine there are quite a few people that go multiple times a year that would pull the average away from the median. Cruises

Does he need any Windows-only software? If not, set him up with Linux. He's less susceptable to clicking on the wrong thing and getting malware as well. There are some very user-friendly GUIs out there that are easy to install.

Point of Clarification: The program name where youth can earn Eagle is now called Scouts BSA, the organization name still remains Boy Scouts of America. The Boy Scouts of America has allowed girls in their other programs since the 1970s.
