Having a button in the search bar that's a blue circle that says Photo, etc, and then not having it start the generation process when clicked feels odd to me. Took me about 30 seconds to realize I had to hit the enter key. Would likely

A bit further out in the suburbs, but for anyone seeing this interested, we have a monthly meetup group in Valparaiso, IN, called ValpoHacks. We averages ~10-15 people per month and group has significant overlap with HackerNews interests. H

I would recommend taking a look at Audition. It's paid, but fantastic software for audio editing.

Yeah, I was using it for basically the same purpose as the background player. But wanted on iOS, and then just used as an excuse to play around and get a bit more familiar with Rails. :)

I needed to hire a Ruby on Rails engineer a few years back, and didn't have much experience with Rails. So took a weekend to scratch an itch and created a web app where I could input a URL to a YouTube video, and the app would then pul

We use meetup for our local group, ValpoHacks, in Northwest Indiana. I would say that we average ~1 new meetup person per month that finds our group via Meetup.com. One of the more successful ways to find new interested people.

This still doesn't make any sense, as Sega discontinued the Dreamcast 6 months before the GameCube even released.

Not sure if this is specific to this book, or Apress in general, but it seems absurd that the eBook sells for $29.99, but you can also buy each chapter individually for $29.95? The $29.99 is more than reasonable as a price for the book. But

An interesting attack, but the narrative style made it hard to follow the post. Too much fiction intertwined with the details of the exploit.

Given that the first post in tracker mentions "0,09", I think the comment here may actually be using a Euro standard decimal notation. So the author may have lost 1.4 BTC, or ~16k. Still a loss, but not 16m.
