I'd also recommend taking a look at cloudflare, their DNS service is supposed to be pretty fast, I haven't done any measuring myself but here's a recent post they wrote: http://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-aka-kickassdns So far I've bee

Cool interview, I wish they would have gone more in depth. A Mixergy interview with Elon would be great. I've always been most fascinated with people who start car companies. It's always been something that I would love to do as an entrepre

This is my first time hearing about Zenbox but wouldn't something like zendesk or desk.com be able to accomplish the same thing if not better? I think I'd rather use a helpdesk for this than gmail. [edit] I guess there are some things like

I'll probably get one, I just got the most recent kindle touch after selling the 2nd generation kindle for it. Looks like I'll be moving on to my 3rd kindle. There's something about the price point that really sells me on these...$120 doesn

I may be wrong but it was my understanding that a VPN will slow down your internet connection. Is this not true anymore? For those that use a VPN do you keep it connected on your own secured wifi connection the entire day while working with

Very true. The best way to buy a car right now is to figure out what the cheapest is that you can get for it. Particularly if it is a new car you can generally get down to somewhere around invoice pricing. Email a handful of dealers in your

As an auto enthusiasts I absolutely love this idea. I recently purchased a new speciality car last year (2012 Jeep SRT8) and I must of said at least 10 times during the process that I wish there was a way to circumvent the dealer. Dealing w

Love it. I cancelled my Directv subscription last month for Hulu + Netflix. Haven't looked back. I'd like to see ShowTime go in this direction for US customers.

Exactly how I rationalized spending $3k on the MBP retina. I commonly see people that think its crazy to spend a few grand on a computer but to me it's a device that supplies my income and where I spend the majority of my time. The part abo

I hate when people disable pasting in password fields. Some of my passwords are 50 character random strings stored in 1password and sometimes I need to copy/paste and can not do it (ahem, icloud). I usually end up disabling javascript if th

I dont consider stripe to be a paypal replacement. I consider it more of an authorize.net replacement. If I were to start using stripe we would probably still offer PayPal and CC through stripe.

I think everyone is blowing this out of proportion. 90% of the time that I've contacted someone about stealing my work, I send them an email and let them know and they promptly pull it down. You probably don't need a DMCA takedown request.
