Why does the mode matter? We are discussing cost , which is related to the the number of retirees. The average lifespan tells you how many people you can expect to be retired at a given moment, the mode tells you... what exactly?

100%. If it's an older house, the mortgage might not even be half your costs for the first few years, while you get everything that breaks back in good condition.

It's the "appropriate" that gives it the negative connotation. Maybe you meant "the responsibilities necessary to feel an age", but it came off as "the responsibilities you should have at an age".

AIs can drive, just not as well as humans on all axi yet. They are better than humans on some axis in fact.

I think there is a greater tolerance for error here though. Cars haven't made it yet because the assumption about allowable errors was wrong. Turns out it isn't "good enough" for self-driving cars to be safer than humans

Some people refuse to acknowledge the fact that a lot of what drives emotion is subliminal and can't be logic'd away. It doesn't matter if you know it's fake, if you see nothing but perfect 10's all day, then look i

I think the place will change either way. Either because renters have been pushed out, or because the population has increased with a ton of new people, requiring functional changes (the neighborhood market has become a whole foods, etc.),

"We live in a society." Realistically, your neighbors have a lot more invested in your land/home/whatever than the state government.

Is this a counter argument? It seems supportive of the point if anything. "Less invested but larger group of people telling a smaller group what to do".

The counter argument is: it wouldn't be where you grew up anymore. It seems like you're defining "where you grew up" with long/lag proximity, while attaching lots of unrelated personal concepts to it. How much can a

What could rule that out in your mind then? Seems to me that if it had hardware that didn't serve any purpose with regard to weather data collection, calling it a weather balloon is, at the very least, an incomplete description, if not

Fair enough, ~5% would be more accurate I guess. 16 oz at 5% is still a relatively small amount of alcohol in most cultures that historically consume it.

Beer in the EU is often ~4% alcohol. Half a liter is barely more than a can of Coors light in terms of alcohol volume.
