Wow, were the founders editions really that cheap on the last gen? Guess the inflated prices from all the crypto mining really threw me off.

I am not sure over 300,000 women a year in the US is 'almost no'. That sure looks like many to me. With an estimate of somewhere in the 7-12,000 a year having children as a result. And something like 1 in 6 having been raped in th

That is really interesting to think about, however isn't a bunch of that going to be cached? IE the JS doesn't get loaded every page view, just the content. And now I need to go down a rabbit hole to find out the cost / GB cu

I guess you also should buy directly from Yubico? You can buy them on Amazon, but how do you trust that its the right hardware? Do they offer some sort of validation?

What would this actually gain me? Say I transfer my twitter data to facebook what happens? Does it create new posts with all my tweets, or what? Why would I bother? It would be nice to have a simple chat to show what it actually does.

Thats really cool. I was looking for something like that when I found my first link. Though what I really want is a giant matrix of all passports to all passports. Interestingly from this list Dominica is the best country to dollar investme

Updating is easy, the tooling built around OSM takes care of all of it. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim is an OK geocoder, definitely worth trying out at least. Though the pay services will definitely be

Very interesting. Used to do something similar for a project I work on. Used geohash based sharding, instead of complex curves like that. Worked great, but with recent advances in ES its no longer needed. They don't seem to mention whi

I was thinking the same thing. That is definitely on the low end, probably a bit too low from what I have seen. Regular life doesn't need to be added on top of it, that is included in the minimum, but any exercise should. However most

If I am doing my math right, and Tesla is burning 8-900M / quarter, I am not so sure they would need new cash. Even if they are only selling only 2500 / week (and I believe they hit 3500 now didn't they?) that is $125M /
