I don’t know why every vehicle doesn’t have a HUD at this point. Once you have one you don’t want to go without, even if it’s just the speedometer.

Red squirrels once filled up my engine compartment with stuff, causing my accelerator to stick down at one point pretty close to full throttle on a highway. I had the presence of mind to just turn off the car, though to this day I wonder if

The second day with my Camaro I had to full on hard brake to avoid a deer. My previous car would have smashed through it.

I’m sure the price is a surprise to plenty of people. I knew childcare was expensive but I didn’t know how much until I actually looked for a provider.

Lower class (financially) people tend to have kids that grow in to more lower class people. The bottom ~50% don’t pay taxes.

I would think that people of that sort have had more money than ever with the federal unemployment benefits. Maybe working keeps people from murdering.

Alternatively, people that aren’t intelligent and/or have impulsivity issues have a hard time holding down jobs - and those people very well might still commit crimes even after throwing money at them. A classmate of mine had a success

I’ll back up your unpopular opinion and say we should have a new Australia. Some people are never going to rehabilitate, keeping them in prison costs a ton of money, and they’d probably enjoy being on an island somewhere better anyways…even

I take it as nothing more than it was, a political jab...if not a bit of a dangerous one from a public health perspective. It is, however, a perfectly illustrated point of "other side = bad." She didn't say that if the FDA d

I’ve seen plenty of places suddenly offering $15 an hour or more, so clearly the market is responding somewhat. I’m sure most businesses were waiting to see the unemployment benefits end first though.

“If the public-health professionals, if Dr. Fauci, if the doctors tell us that we should take it, I'll be the first in line to take it — absolutely," the California senator said during the first and only vice-presidential debate.

I’ve had COVID twice - in December and then just a few weeks ago. Long haul COVID doesn’t spring back to life and give you a fever for 12 days straight. I had essentially the same symptoms both times: fever, extreme fatigue, a dry cough, c

I don’t buy the “unvaccinated as a reservoir for mutation” line of thinking. For one, there are many, many countries with a low vaccination rate and it’s going to be like that for a long time. Also, I haven’t see data on what the R0 is from

I had a friend think he had it 3 times (and the third time was probably legitimate). The symptoms the first two times? Typical cold symptoms. No fever. No major cough. No real loss of taste. I had another friend do the same thing. This wa

What about people that had COVID before and decided not to get vaccinated because of that? What about pregnant people that decided against it? What about people that had legitimate medical reasons not to get vaccinated? Who, exactly, sho

I lost $1000 due to post COVID brain fog just today. I’m a photographer and had my first shoot since having it, and I set up a light in a way where the first gust of wind toppled it over in to a lake.

As someone going through a second infection now, I hope that’s not the case. It isn’t as bad as the first time so far but it’s still no fun. I’m a healthy 33 year old.

Keep in mind that most trade work isn’t mentally stimulating. That may sound fine to you, but as someone who bounces back and forth between a job that is and isn’t - it can be rough in it’s own way. It’s boring and you can practically feel
