Honestly I like capn-proto. But it's community is a bit light. Even Windows which is "supported" has been a bit fix-it-yourself. If MinGW isn't already supported, if probably expect to have to take that over yourself.

Awesome, always great to see more task/job libraries... I have used this sort of thing a lot though, and something I often find both essential, and overlooked is you really need something like `cr_task_sync_and_do_work` that isn't

IMO, this thing is Nix, it just needs better UI and a lot better documentation. The problem I've realized is that for many core Nix developers, the source is the documentation. Which doesnt scale.

The misconception that all "early optimization" is premature optimization is a dangerous one. I'll agree with you that starting with static type systems is an early optimization. But if it's premature or not is clearly c

Yeah, github OAuth doesnt support a web client only flow, so you at least need a backend to forward along the response to the client. It's pretty much just that cross site requests are disabled.

1. Better integration with existing libraries, there is a lot of software the exist in C/C++, and a lot of it is weird and opinionated, and having to write bindings for that isn't great. 2. Continuing on that, QT is still good for
