Yeah, also whatever they would build, the other platform vendors won't choose the same thing, and it wont be the exact variant of lisp or w/e that even the few nice developers would want. I wish vendors would be just more supporti

Yeah, maybe. But also the official SDKs are pretty good and you get support from Nintendo. It seems like a pretty big risk to use an unsupported SDK... for what benefit?

To be clear, streetview was originally built to improve mapping. You can thank the wealth of street names and address labels on streetview.

Do you have a sense of why, according to you Gusto will remain the only company that doesn't sell payroll data to Equifax?

Yeah, none of those seem to be covered in the parent post, so the Nix example is equally simplistic.

I mean, I don't know what that is, but looking at the documentation, it should be something like: config = { services.uptime-kuma = { enable = true; settings = { PORT = 3001 }; }; };

I think this is a subtle and important point. Types are a potential useful tool to restrain and and specify the schema of data structures. But concern for types is very different then concern for the data structures.

These + contactless payments for me. I still have a pair of pebble time rounds I use occasionally. But use my pixel watch more for payments. I've been eyeing the Garmin Venu and Vivo active as replacements though

Interesting! I have always worn symmetric contacts when I (rarely) wear contacts, because I can’t get astigmatism contacts them to sit comfortably in my eyes and not pop out. I wonder if I were to align them first if they would be comfortab

I assure you, that many tabs can certainly happen with the standard horizontal tab bar.. I have a similar amount regularly, and have never tried vertical tabs. I did recently start using all tabs helper though.

I think it’s a pity you’re getting downvoted, I think it’s a very valid opinion and one that I think is getting underrepresented in this thread.

I work in this field, and I think so. This is actually the project I'm currently working on. I'm betting with current hardware and some clever tricks, we can resolve full production frames in real-time rates.

I responded to your other post, but I think the confusion is mostly about considering different forms of bikes, and their respective weights compared to the rider. Also, I'll be honest I haven't ridden a snowmobile in so long that

I think, some confusion, at least mine, comes from comparing bicycles to motor bikes. I imagine you are right that initiating a lean with a bicycle without steering should be fairly doable. The confusion, is motobikes are much heavier, and

So, to read into this, "countersteer" is the term that'll get you into a lot of discussion about this. But, in-fact at speed, while pivoting the wheel will initiate the lean, the lean itself is the primary factor in steering

I mean, this is a bit subtle. With a fixed front fork, it's very difficult to get a bike to lean. It's just the case that with a free front fork, shifting balance may be enough to get the wheel to counter steer, which can initia

I mean, bikes are weird though right? They actually have multiple modes of steering. You're right, the standard mode is to lean the bike which causes the steering, however you generally counter turn the wheel to initiate the lean. Most
