Yes, sprouting does waste away some of these proteins which are not good for us. Then, we're left with carbs which we can process much better, and fibre which we don't process but it's mostly OK to eat. But, overall, I think

No, we didn't co-evolve with plants eating their seeds. We found out ways to process them to make them edible and domesticated them, much later and have been doing so for a very short time. Most of the ones we eat are still toxic to us

Plants usually don't like their seeds eaten (unless of course they're sure that you'll not digest it or somehow still help them reproduce). And we didn't co-evolve with grains much. We domesticated them fairly recently.

When CentOS came about, Debian and Ubuntu were not serious competitors. Neither were Arch or openSUSE. There was no Amazon Linux either. Now, mature and much more popular alternatives have well established brand value.

Do you mean the arm version of Windows which runs on Surface Pro X? That can be virtualized. If you mean the regular x86_64 version of Windows, forget it. Docker Desktop uses qemu, which is the only way you can run an x86_64 OS on an arm64

Rosetta uses Ahead-of-Time compilation of instructions. For running a VM, you need real-time compilation, which qemu can do.
