Do you know that there can be different pricing with alternative payment options ? This is suspiciously absent from the article.

It's not the same because this is not an ABI, but an API needing a recompilation. It's actually explained in the article why it is not an ABI.

I've had to battle quite a few portability issues, but everytime it was a program incorrectly assuming some sort of behaviour from glibc and not really musl's fault.

Dan just outed himself as sensible to this kind of clickbait: indeed, the Netflix homepage is different for everyone. Try to have a look at your friends or partner's homepage, it's pretty interesting.

Hmmm, had a look, and the default listen address + default user / password are giving me shivers. @varbhat I'd advise you to change the default listen address from ":5000" to "127.0.0.1:5000" to only allow loca

Good that they still have it. In France, a seamstress named Milka infamously lost her shop's milka.fr domain to a food giant owning the brand. https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milka_contre_Kraft_Foods

And then the next Pegasus will be used to plant CSAM instead of spying, just to burn someone publicly. Good luck getting to the forensic level of Amnesty International or Citizen Lab to prove anything.

Yup, very good summary. I'll add: advantage of this design, is that you only need a SODIMM connector on your breakout board, which is very easy to source. Also, you can have a breakout board tailored to your needs, relatively cheap (e.

I have often wondered if it wouldn't be cheaper for the government to pay for the occasional lost cattle instead of costly rehabilitation. Of course there would need to be safeguards in place to prevent abuse of the mechanism, and to p

I'm pretty sure it's the opposite, having worked in the set-top-box industry. What makes you say that ?

What makes you think NVIDIA did not opt into those ads, and is getting a cut of the revenue?

Not really, with ads the price has changed, you just pay with your eyeball/brain time. From videos starting instantly, to waiting twice for 8-seconds pre-roll (minimum). Or you can pay $12€ / month.

I'm wondering if this couldn't be used as a way to confirm or search for secrets: push huge files with many "secrets", if it's rejected, then you know it has a valid one, then rince and repeat with a binary search t

They could be ashamed of the hardware difference: except for pro-sumers, having segmented hardware is a net loss for consumers owning the current hardware: they'd just have an inferior product.

Many people here saying the SoC has not been upgraded, but anyone has a definitive source for this ? Best information I could find was the estimated battery life is the same as the current Switch (higher than release-day model).
