Well it's new for a lot of people. I always wanted to work remotely, and overall I do like it but there are certain things I miss that I didn't think I'd miss. People have been given a taste of remote working, and now certain

We also noticed this. We have added a rule saying that almost all meetings are optional and there's no pressure to go to them (scrum meetings are not optional i.e. daily, refinement and retro). It's helped a lot and helped manager

Here in the UK you do not need to scan, you can just write down your phone number and name. It's a legal requirement for the information to be accurate though, I think.

I wouldn't be surprised if the UK government announced it would be re-applying to be in the EU just for this new law (I'm joking.. I hope).

I enjoy oat milk but my day to day milk replacement is regular unsweetened soya milk. I do get oat milk once a week from my milkman so no idea what brand it is and it comes it a glass bottle that's collected the week after so pretty mu

I am not vegan because I do not like meat, I am vegan because I think that it bad for the environment and causes unnecessary suffering to animals. The fact that I could enjoy meat without any of those downsides is appealing to me :)

When I was younger, I was a pretty obvious metal head. Long hair, black... everything. Every time I went to the airport I was searched and drug checked (have occasionally used drugs, but never been a recreational drug user of any kind). Ama

To be perfectly honest, I think people will realise it's just not that useful and forget about it pretty quickly Even at my place of work, there were some expressing interest in it, and after playing for an hour or two, haven't to

99% of games I play work with Proton, or Lutris, which is great most of the time. However, it's the small amount of time when something stops working or needs small config tweaks that really annoy me, as they cut into my gaming time.

I'm in the UK, and use one (IMO) sensibly. If there's a larger purchase I'll often find a 0% credit card and use that, then pay back. I only do this for stuff I could afford to pay back immediately if required. Secondly, I&#x

I know people like to think vegans are crazy, but I've literally never met a vegan who was anything like this. However, thinking about it, it is very hard to draw a line. I know where line my personal line is, but it's very hard

We can discuss meaning all you want, but I'll still get my managers asking me to write code quickly now and take some shortcuts, and telling me to write a "Tech Debt" ticket to fix it in the future. Spoiler, we never have tim

I'm odd in that I actually loved WoD, aside from Garrisons. Legion had it's moment of greatness, around the fourth patch it was great. BfA and Shadowlands are incredibly bad, for casual players there's really nothing interest

Oh, I'm not judging Sweden at all. I'm just agreeing that a lot of people (myself included)feel that Sweden is 'otherworldly' and does not have many of the same problems that we experience in our home countries. As usual

I do think people think of Sweden like that, even here in the UK. Recently my brother went on a business trip to Sweden, and was quite surprised at the amount of "casual" racism he encountered - although I wasn't sure whether

There seems to be a lot of people with wrist issues here, so I thought I'd ask. I get a lot of pain in my right shoulder and right wrist after using a keyboard for a while. I've noticed it more when I have to use my little finger
