Not only that, you can't just have one DBA. You need a team a them, otherwise that person is going to be on call 24/7, can never take a vacation, etc. Your probably looking at a minimum of 3.

That goes back to the trust of his people. He has to trust his CTO (whatever that title is at boeing for their top engineer manager) to be the judge of that. The incentives have to align wrt quality engineering for there to be trust all the

I think the MD merge gets the blame by many, however, it seems as though the shift in the market that started around the same time to optimize shareholder value at all costs is really to blame.

A monopoly would be cheaper in a perfect world with no corruption, and no profit motive/incentive. Competition seems to be the only way in our current capitalist society to reduce the prices consumers pay.

The big challenge that I remember from building a product is making sure customer A never sees customer B data. So all of your messages end up passing some sort of customer identifier everwhere and you need to enforce checking it at the low

Why wouldn't AGI be able to feed itself? Seems fairly reasonable that an advanced enough AI could design and build machines and robots that could produce physical objects

Yes, just because you say its so doesn't make it so. There should be studies that show when minimim wage or welfare/other forms of assistance increases that rent follows.

Why would giving everyone basic income below a certain income level immediately cause inflation to match it? Inflation doesnt track directly to minimum wage, which seems to be a very similar principal.

The biggest issue I have with the plugin is the container takes a significant amount of resources to run. I don't know how that compares to other solutions like github though. Being able to run a really lightweight container in argowf

Yeah, they all came from families that gave them a significant advantage over their peers. They could all afford to fail at entrepreneurship, and not have their life turned upside down by it.

I'm not a fan of musk, but your last statement about avoiding a charge, who would charge him? The US isn't at war with russia. Ukraine is the only country able to raise those claims, and they havent afaik.
