I feel like the arduino is irrelevent and the story has nothing to do with technology. Pretty cool how you tracked your stuff down though.

It doesn't have to be legal for the government to do it. Look at the nsa.. any one who wants to give the government a kill switch to your phone is very uninformed. This level of protection for a phone makes zero sense.

You could. But you'd miss those bugs if you write that code yourself any way.

I make use of unnaximized Windows all the time. You don't need to see the whole window to use it. For instance when debugging a prism I only need to see the "output" panel portion of my ide window. Some people only use one pr

This would be crazy if fish start to understand the cannon. Use it on their own and then continue on to find their destination (rather than be totally lost and confused)

Typically you test your software to your needs. If there's a bug in a library you use it would show up when testing your code that uses the library.

What about the middle class thing where EVERYONE thinks they're middle class? If you ask some one who makes 30k they'll say they're middle class. If you ask some one who makes 130k they'll say the same thing.

It might be a little fud. But its also a little true. Google is becoming everything online. They even want to be your internet service provider some day. All that control in all aspects of the internet could be abused quite easily.

So why should the ownership go to the camera owner? Who owns the land? The monkey? Lots of people could claim ownership for "helping".

In that case I claim ownership. As far as I can tell I did the same level of creative input as mr batteries. So I should be just as entitled to the work.

Studio camera operators actually would be the ones creating the art.. its just that its work for hire so the copyright goes to their bosses. I don't think you can sign a work for hire contract with a monkey.

I agree with wikimedias stance though... its not a legal technicality, its just not a common topic. The law is quite clear. If an animal or nature makes some thing then it belongs to no one. Its public domain
