Or maybe it proved that Facebook feed is horrible. People gradually stop posting so they had to fill the void with nonsense.

Anything that's more technical and doesn't require much communication, so the further away from graphic design the better. UX is probably tricky too because it often takes a lot of team work and interactions with product. Maybe UI

This is as close to a Hollywood rags to riches story as it gets. Re "Do you know other jobs that can be done remotely and where non-native English speakers aren’t at such a big disadvantage?", design also comes to mind, but softwa

That's an intense story! Pragmatic engineer has a great article on where to find technical mentors, such as Coding Coach, Mentoring Club, Mentors in Tech. Would be curious to get people who used them. Link to the whole article: https:

Thank you for sharing! I was considering making the same thing when learning Chinese but never took the time, so I'm curious: how long did this take? And how challenging was it?

Cool little game! My main user feedback is that I was a bit confused by the controls. For example it wasn't obvious I had to use arrows. Otherwise it's great. Also, it's amazing you spun this off from a replit bounty project

It's a genuine compliment! Sophistication is great, but not when it's mostly aimed at increasing social status, which is a zero sum game. Like how mkipper read it.
