Interesting. Would CO2 taxes fix that?
- PaulHoule 3y agoI dunno. In the case of plastic you might say you are capturing CO2 if it winds up in a landfill. In fact, making polyethylene pellets and landfilling them has been a proposed method of carbon storage.
