Well we have gone through times when workers were mistreated; the start of the industrial revolution. It took our grandparents a lot of pain to get the legal protections many workers take for granted. Protections that have been consistently

The reporter did what 'reporters' do now: write the content that some PR agency requested of them. To get the real news I need to read comments like yours. Thanks, I think the title should be: "Amazon Changes Policy to Pressu

The title is inaccurate and makes it sound like homeless can't be prosecuted for any small or petty crime. It seems biased in making the ruling seem ridiculous. That is not the case. The ruling is hardly a huge win for civil liberties.

Thanks for sharing that. I use a lot of polyester garments for sports and feel kinda crumby knowing it really hurts the environment. Hopefully these sound wave systems can be adapted to municipal water systems so as to remove the consumer a

My point is the article is biased away from any conclusions that are biological. From the study the article is quoting: > in nearly all countries, more girls appeared capable of college-level STEM study than had enrolled. Paradoxically,

It's good that the article mentions poverty and interest in STEM, but they plotted the participation in STEM against Gender Equality instead of say, affordability to survive on minimum wage. They are literally quoting a study on the ef

I think such issues (give developers features) are something that would require a centralized response. This in turn creates liability and the issues of large platforms; they are tweaked by an incredibly small % of users who develop the fea

No, hostels have limits < 30 days. SROs? (I'm not familiar with the word in english) are generally for people living full time. Many have minimums of > 30 days.
