The basis of this entire case is that you can open your own shop and Amazon disallows you form competing with their monopoly. There are plenty of open source options to open a web shop. That part is almost laughably easy.

I see a lot of Ram 1500 driving, Fox News brain, middle aged men protesting about it (on Facebook), not sure I'd call them ordinary though, so you got me there.

Absolutely a bimodal distribution. I wonder how it lines up with income? Anecdotally, my wife and I are high earners but we really haven't changed much in our lifestyle between early in our careers and now. Same house, same paid off ca

I ride my bike, a lot. And I got passed once or twice a week for about a year by a guy on one of these that I assume was modified because it would go at least 25-30mph. No helmet on and he’d pretty belligerently pass me and pedestrians with

It truly is an entirely different planet. I've worked very hard, been fortunate in life to come up middle class, etc... And I've accomplished a lot to be where I'm at in an SVP role at a fortune 50. That said, I'm clearl

Exactly. Once you break into that club, you're golden. You're CEO at one company, you're on the board of 10 others, you're all one big incestuous mess.

It would be cool, it would also be insanely hard to pin down. It would be about the size of a grapefruit but 5-10x the mass of the Earth. And it's way-way-way out there. Oh, and it's basically invisible. But, if we could find it,

People will cheat anything. I did a fun ride this weekend, a century around Denver, and caught some dude I passed earlier in the ride getting out of a car toward the finish with his bike. It was an un-timed event. For Zwift, there are cash

For heavier riders this is almost the only way to enjoy racing on Zwift. Even with a high FTP, I will never compete in A. So I jump in B races, use them as sweet spot training and get some sprint in at the end.
