I remember asking a friend who got into this why an NFT was worth anything when I could just grab the JPEG and he said "if China invades and burns down the bank, what proof do you have you own your house?" I laughed and explained that he didn't under stand titling and regardless that if China invaded that I would have bigger things to worry about. Seems like the same mindset as the preppers and gold buyer crowd, if shit gets that bad I doubt you're actually prepared for what's coming.
