Longer and better video ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=im1iNq02Kz0 Saw this a few months back — totally cool. I'd imagine that you'll start seeing them in your highest concentration touristy beaches for rent soon.

Love this! I have a calendar text field / dropdown that I built in YUI that works similarly ... this is a perfect addition to that instead of the dropdown I am using now for the time field.

Totally worth it. I was itching for a Kindle, but held out for the iPad. However, less than a year after getting the iPad I purchased a Kindle as well. The Kindle is a great reading device, especially outdoors. The battery life is fantastic

Initself's point still stands ... you have the opportunity to do something now, however small it may be, about whatever things are important to you. Instead, the author seems to be saying, "I want someone else to change their policies that

If you are having to stretch that much to purchase a Mac, why go for the Air? Get a less expensive Macbook Pro ... or even just a Macbook. Buy used off of eBay, max out the RAM and you'd be in good shape.

Yeah, but a lot of us put off reading it until now.

The world is quite different today than in 1944-60. A lot easier to operate from a foreign country, yet maintain communication with others in the US and travel easily back and forth. This is a bigger problem on the corporate scale because c

Get your degree in May with the CS minor. You already have the job offer for what you want to be doing — take it, and get out there and start working. You'll learn more in a year on the job than you will in the classroom.

And he has specified that you can drastically cut military spending and not affect national defense in any way. We are in 150+ countries currently and fighting several wars while we are basically broke. It's time to make cuts in EVERYT

Absolutely ... imagine ZipCar, but you don't have to go to where the car is -- it can come to you!

This is totally on target. It's still hard to get users to stop typing in "www" before any web address you give them. Tell them to go to "my.site.com" and tons of users still type in "www.my.site.com" ... We will definitely have the same is

It's cliche, but mainly it's because they just work . The notebook itself is well designed, things rarely crash and if they do it is normally just that application, not the entire system. Hook up a monitor and it just works. Plug in a pr

Why get the Macbook Air over the Pro? Are those of you that have the Air really traveling that much and using it on the road? I would think that for most developers and entrepreneurs they are in their office or setup somewhere at a desk, ev

The R is for Referee part is spot on. Have refereed basketball up to and including Men's NCAA Division I. We don't care who wins - simple as that.

Agree - I saw this a few days ago. When they are "syncing" their app they are taking your phone numbers, not just using it to display photos on your phone for your contacts, which is what I thought I remember this started out as.

Agree that you need to tell us what the website is about. Your home page should be information selling me on your service — enough to convince me to login through Facebook and allow you to access my personal information. Interesting concept

SAP and ABAP will suck the life out of anybody! I started in the same boat, first as an employee and later as a consultant. None of it was rewarding - so I started businesses on the side and it eventually panned out into a full time success

Great UI ... will play with this more. One thing - if I have entered some text and then click somewhere else it should save the text that have I changed instead of reverting back.

Interesting service. One thing I didn't like was having to enter a credit card in order to sign up for the free plan ... I'd get rid of that - don't ask for credit card information until they purchase a plan and you are going to charge them

One more thing -- get comfortable with pauses. When you stop speaking and are trying to think of what your next sentence is going to be it may seem like a very long time, but in reality it is usually just a few seconds.
