You can live a completely sedentary lifestyle and lose or maintain weight through eating normal amounts of food. Exercise is not the problem, overeating consistently is. For women, it's very common to consume sugary coffee flavored dri

I posit that an LLM with 100% coding and product management accuracy is an impossibility given current trends and hard barriers. LLMs struggle with novel technical issues. They still require review and agents work best when they're han

AGI is mathematically impossible given our current electrical infrastructure constraints and basic laws, so yes it is. We're already seeing a dramatic slowdown in relative improvements. The gap between Sonnet 3.5 (June 2024) and Opus 4

It's simple, if you refuse to adapt you will be replaced by those who will. Writing code by hand is not going to be the default mode going forward. You either do the majority of your work controlling autonomous agents and reviewing the

The Irish man you're referring to fled Ireland because of drug dealing charges, by the way. He's a fugitive.

The same Irish man left Ireland because he was facing drug charges. I guess now we know why he overstayed 20 years, he fled Irish police.

That's for the courts to decide, and in this case his Habeas Corpus petition was denied and he has a final order of removal signed by an immigration court judge, who is not a part of the administration. His I-485 is ineligible, period.

I made no such claim. I explicitly said that an EAD implies no legal status in itself. A pending Adjustment of Status does not provide legal status, either. If you already had a massive overstay, and your Adjustment of Status was likely to

We now know he entered under the Visa Waiver Program, which explicitly prohibits adjusting status for any reason. So yeah, it's immigration fraud, and a massive overstay of 20 years. We also now know a judge refused his Habeas corpus p

I did not assume anything. He specifically mentions he was able to work because of an EAD associated with his I-485 Adjustment of Status application, which is the only possible pathway to green card after marriage to a USC. There is no U.S.

Again, completely false. An EAD does not issue ANY immigration status, period. He had no legal status prior to marriage and still has no legal status because he has no green card and has racked up 20 years of overstay. EADs are not issued t

You are completely incorrect. An Employment Authorization Document, which he is referring to, does not imply or confer ANY immigration status.

The correct approach to do this is the K-1 visa. Anything else is a loophole or fraud. This guy thought he could lie and defraud his way to a visa without doing it properly. Another alternative is the CR-1 visa, also a legitimate pathway. T

Correct. The unemployment rate was 4.7% in January 2017 and was 3.6% in January 2020. Or if we look at total private sector employment that went from 123,300,000 to 129,300,000 (its highest ever, at the time). That's an average of 125,

Administrative subpoenas are enforceable, and are not secretive. They are a routine tool. See Oklahoma Press Publishing Co. v. Walling and United States v. Morton Salt Co. This has been routine and codified for 80 years.
