I think their views on this are changing from experience with the language. Part of the problem I think is that the way they wanted people to use the language isn't clearly explained on their posts about errors. Some how I read it over

It is under active development they just haven't released a new version. The preferred way to deploy it via GCE or Scaleway will use the latest dockerized version. They update it from time to time.

Yea I've had this discussion with a friend of mine who likes Haskell and got me in to Elm. He claimed you could only get that kind of tool in something like those languages which have stricter and stronger type systems. I'm not fa

I think what the author was trying to figure out was not just when you should do a major/minor version update, but how that could be done automatically. An example is how in Elm it can detect a major vs minor change and bump your numbe

Yea I'm not left-leaning by any means, but I don't care if it's pro-anything. It's a discussion and the points of the article aren't delusional. Discussion on if the analysis is right is something I thought was pret

I always check what kinds of IAP there are in those apps too. If it looks dumb, I won't download it. I'm sure they weren't too happy about Apple showing it's an app with IAPs because it lets people avoid the mental traps

I find that current time management tools worry about the wrong thing. HN talks a lot about UX and the psychology of the things we use. For example, how sticky Facebook or YouTube can be. I think that time management has in someways had ver
