- WendyTheWillow 3y agoBecause there is nothing even approaching the claimed risk of "AI", and they're stifling the growth and potential that LLMs have at vastly improving our lives.
- adastra22 3y agoAI x-risk is a load of hogwash based on extremely faulty reasoning ill-adapted to real ML architectures and political/economic reality. There is absolutely no reason to worry about the deceptive turn of a paperclip maximizer. Yet because of these sci-fi trope fears, real human progress is being held back.
