Bombshell testimony from doctors at FDA Vaccine hearing
- bsenftner 5y agoFeels fabricated - any verification this media is real, and not created by someone as propaganda?
- wsc981 5y agoCan you explain why you feel these testimonies are fabricated? You’d need a lot of courage as a doctor to go against the general opinion in politics and media. In guess one could check if these doctors are real (checking LinkinIn and other sources). The part that vaccines are driving the COVID variants seems legit though, several virologists have warned for this, it’s called “immune escape” (see: “Consequences of recent vaccines” [0]). ——— [0]: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antigenic_escape https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antigenic_escape
- peteradio 5y agoYou can find a real looking FDA youtube account which has the full video: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_giJ3xlEL9jUF1YfJdzzuQ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_giJ3xlEL9jUF1YfJdzzuQ I don't think the presentations should be interpreted as an endorsement from the FDA. Its more of an open forum discussion.
- gus_massa 5y ago> The nursing home death data is stunning in the second video. Half the Vaccinated died, and none of the Unvaccinated died. Watch both clips. His testimony is aggressive and forceful. It would be interesting to see the details. My guess is that they vaccinated the oldest people and the people with other illnesses, and didn't vaccinate the healthier ones. This is common in stories about non double blind cases, where the people is involuntary comparing apples to oranges.
- raxxorrax 5y agoOr the people were right that warned that in the waning phase of vaccine induced immunity the disease might even be worse.
- gus_massa 5y agoI initially very worried about antibody-dependent enhancement https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antibody-dependent_enhancement https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antibody-dependent_enhancement The vaccine against SAR1 failed because it caused antibody-dependent enhancement in animals, so it was canceled. It was a very big risk, that a vaccine against covid19 had the same problem. Luckily, it didn't happen! (There are like 10 approved vaccines, and like 5 vaccine candidates that failed and were canceled. Perhaps some of the canceled ones had this problem?) Anyway, this didn't happen in the clinical trials and neither in the use in the wild. Perhaps the clinical trials can miss a problem that happens in one in a million cases. But this claim is that half of the vaccinated people died. It will definitively show up in a clinical trial! Moreover, if it were a real problem, we should have a lot of similar cases, were 40%-60% of the vaccinated die.
- raxxorrax 5y agoThere is no indication as of yet. I think clinical trials can miss even more if they are conducted in such a short time or with insufficient data. Data that cannot exists yet since we don't yet vaccinate people for that long and I don't think it must mean that vaccinated people have to die or that you can project any sensible prediction.
- dc396 5y agoSeems to me that anything that starts out with "bombshell" is clickbait and almost certainly wildly biased and unreliable.
