    We don't do bioinformatics workflows in Go (yet?) but we sure as hell run the (CWL) workflows with Go on Arvados: https://arvados.org https://arvados.org.

      Arvados looks really cool! I haven't seen that before. It might actually be exactly the workflow tool I didn't know I needed!

  Dgraph (a graph database) also use Bleve for its full-text search indexing.

    (author of Dgraph) We use specific libraries from Bleve to do, for e.g., full-text tokenization and such. But, we use our own indexing and storage mechanism, not Bleve's.
