I think it may be helpful to have some privileged commands which are only allowed in user stylesheets. (Additional unprivileged commands may also be useful, such as ability to specify colours by index number, and ability to specify the name

Well, they will make styles that are slow and/or that many users do not like. Instead, let it be subject to the user configuration; the web browser designer can put in suitable default settings.

I had another idea. It is its own file format (independent of the transport protocol; HTTP works just as well, or you could use DVDs just as well, too), which is a Hamster archive containing several lumps. There is its own document format,

I don't really like <marquee>, and believe it should be user configuration to just display static or to manually scroll it; the user should also control the blink rate for the <blink> command too (including zero if they do

I would be OK to get rid of all CSS and other styling, and make it up to the user preferences instead how big a <h1> text is, how big a <h2> text is, how big the normal text is, what colours to use, what fonts are in use, etc. M

Yes, another problem I think with the API is that it returns HTML code for comments, rather than the raw code that the user entered, which would be better I think; have the client to convert it to whatever format you need instead.

I think what would be helpful is to have an option to ignore all voting for purpose of sorting, so that you can vote if you want to, but if you don't like to, you can disable that option and it will display only in the chronological or

I think the bad part of C is the confusing syntax for types. In a declaration of the initial value, you are assigning the value of "p_dog" and not of "*p_dog". I tend to omit the spaces on both sides of the asterisk, tho

It is possible, although a browser extension could still be provided for convenience. One way would be to add a command to the IRC server which will determine what channel to use for a given URL, I suppose. The user can then copy it from th

Try to avoid CSS, JavaScript, animations of any kind, and especially inline pictures and videos. This can reduce the time needed to load it greatly. (There are times where the things I listed are useful, but they should generally be avoided

I disagree. If someone publishes something, or otherwise makes something available, then it is not available. It is not the author's/inventor's job to decide who is going to use it and how; they only decide how they will use

Well, it might be unintentional. Hiding those labels by default will make it better to avoid such an unintentional bias, I think. I don't care if they are black or not, but I don't want to be unintentionally biased.
