Is any of the work open source? I'm also a node/js dev and this sounds like a project I would be interested in.

Why autopause when I can just use firefoxs built in adblocker or just adblock? I'll never give my parents a browser with ads, because they'll click them and get a virus.

I believe the NSA (and other organizations) are responsible for this. I believe there is a force actively preventing people on the internet from organizing political protests/ideas so that they can maintain a status quo. Even when poli

To be fair, early 4chan also did some good through project chanology. It's almost as if when you allow people to have freedom, they end up making bad decisions. You make a good argument against democracy.

Isn't ARC almost exclusive to "Apple languages"? It seems like GC is much more relevant.

I use to think OS X "just worked" until I tried it my self. I'm not going to waste my time writing about the horror story that is OS X, but this HN thread is a pretty good summary: https://news.ycombinator.com/

Reminds me of when I used to use Windows. I'm just glad I don't have any of these problems with Linux. Seems like no matter what OS you use, there's always some hardware configuration that the OS has problems with.

Why would you want to prevent gun usage in general?

Guns can be positive and sex can be negative. For example, sex can lead to rape, but that's not a good reason to outlaw sex. You're mischaracterizing gun ownership to support your view point.

I have an unpopular opinion: Every citizen of the US should be trained in public school on how to use a gun and basic gun safety/cleaning. Upon completion of the course the citizen shall be given a firearm. It's amazing how the le

IMO Linux (specifically fedora with GNOME) is a much more usable OS than either Windows or OS X. You could argue that this isn't true for the average user, but my parents have no problem with it and neither do any of my nephews and n
