Maybe look into polyphasic sleep. Instead of sleeping continuous 8 hours you can have main sleep chunk with short naps sprinkled throughout the day.

Right now, I'm a junior software engineer at my company and I've been non-stop asking questions. This is what I notice after asking questions. 1. Most People Like Answering Questions I notice that most often people are receptive t
