For some reason I have never seen an ad in Instagram. (And yes, I do use it...)

Not me. Walking feels productive, standing is boring. Same with driving - my brain would rather feel like it’s making forward progress even if the route I take is longer.

There are 2 resorts in Utah that don't allow snowboarders - are those what you're referring to?

If you’ve followed the Kalanick story till now, there’s nothing new in this article. However, it’s interesting to see it all put together. Anyone know what it’s like inside Uber today?

What about property tax, which (AIUI) is paid in a big lump sum on purchase, and not annually like in the USA?

I’m curious why you didn’t have seamless handover with Ubiquiti... I have 4 Unifi AP’s and get completely seamless handoff every time, and great speeds.

You need to patch your VM to prevent your own processes exploiting the bug. The hyper visor patch is to protect you from the other VMs on the box.

The throttling code change happened in 10.2.1, not 11.

I've spoken to several tax attorneys about this over the past couple years as well, and not one has said they'd be comfortable treating these as in-kind transactions. It was therefore surprising to me to read this article today.

WorkDocs just has annotations, not actual creation or editing of content.

Selling doesn't do an on-chain transaction though. It's only on-chain when you withdraw (or deposit).

Well first off, the employees for sure. Then it just comes down to which investor got better terms as to who gets screwed the least.

Yeah but I’ll be extremely surprised if MoviePass is still in business with the same model in a couple years.

Aurora is accessible via TCP (mysql or Postgres), not HTTP.

Aurora doesn’t work that way - it has one storage layer shared by all the nodes. Adding a new replica is very fast no matter your data set size.

On the contrary, the wires seemed to pull them out more than anything else. AirPods stay in my ears way better, with no discomfort.

I find them very comfortable. I couldn’t wear the previous ear pods at all, but AirPods fit me great. YMMV of course. They sound fine to me, I’m no audiophile.

Thanks for this. I suspect that for most of the situations where people were (mistakenly) freaking out about their ISOs being taxed on vest, they will actually be much better off given the removal of AMT in the bill.
